Return conditions

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Pack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Make sure the product is unused and in perfect condition.

Please retain your proof of postage until we have processed your return. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the goods.

Return policy for flocked jerseys

Please note that flocked jerseys are non-refundable. Jerseys printed with a player name/personalized name, sleeve logos, or a number cannot be returned or exchanged.

Flocked jerseys are only accepted under certain conditions, minus a €20 flocking fee. In this case, please contact our customer service at Info@sportiger.de .

The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the goods, less the flocking fee.
