The black Bayer 04 third jersey is inspired by various elements of the Leverkusen, City of Colors embossed in a graffiti look that extends across the jersey.
The jersey has a straight, unisex fit. The Bayer 04 logo stands out in a cyan-colored, embroidered look on the left chest, while the cyan-colored, embroidered logo of the British premium brand Castore is located on the right chest. The neck is adorned with cyan "Werkself" lettering. Main sponsor Barmenia is displayed on the chest in cyan lettering.
