The away kit for the 2024/25 season in the kids' version is inspired by the Weiße Wiese, Borussia Dortmund's first playing field. The white jersey features a poplar pattern, recalling the poplar trees that once turned the pitch white. In August 1924, exactly 100 years ago, the expanded "Weiße Wiese" lost its name and proudly became BORUSSIA-SPORTPLATZ. As part of the "RE:FIBRE" process, PUMA used 95% recycled polyester for the away kit. With a new PUMA technology, unused polyester is transformed into new fabric, now used in the kits.
